If you're not yet sure about the details of your
new home, we can provide you with preliminary concept drawings to help you visualize the space. Once you've decided
on the general design of each floor, we will draw the plans to scale with dimensions, window and door sizes, appliances, and
plumbing fixtures.

Our plan book offers a wide range of designs for you to consider - everything from rental
cottages to full-time residences of all sizes.
You can purchase a plan "as is", or we will work with you to modify any plan to suit your
individual needs, your budget, and the specific requirements of your lot.
We can also work from pictures of houses you've seen that appealed to you, floor plans you've
seen that you'd like to modify, or sketches on the back of a napkin!
